HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SENT OUT?
We post out all parcels within 24 hours of you placing your order and your payment clearing in PayPal, Afterpay or Bank Transfer. (excluding any public holidays and weekends).
* Delivery time frames vary due to your location and time of year, however in general Standard Post takes around 4/5 business days. Please know we work to get you your package as fast as we can.
* During peak times, sale periods it can sometimes take longer for order processing, but we will let you know if there are any delays
* Please make sure your address details are correct as we cannot change or alter an address once your order has been paid for.
Returns - yes
We accept returns for faulty items and we will accept the cost of that return post once the item has been deemed faulty. Please email your concerns before you send the item back firstname.lastname@example.org
If you require a parcel to be resent due to an error on your behalf ( wrong address details) My Sock Company will bill you for the returned postage charges.
Additional postage charges incurred by customer are for following reasons below
1. You supplied the wrong address on your order
2. You did not collect the parcel from the designated pick up point by their due date.(after shipper attempts delivery prior).
Does My Sock Company ship Internationally - Yes we do
- We use Australia Post to ship Internationally.
- New Zealand customers we offer tracking for the standard fee.
Please email if you want insurance on your parcel and ask for additional security and tracking options on your international parcel.
International parcels can take between 10 - 21 business days - sometimes longer depending on your countries customs clearing process, and also time of year can impact delivery time frames.
